What you will do

• Design and execute detailed manual test cases and plans based on complex product requirements.
• Develop and maintain scalable automated test scripts using C# or Python.
• Perform deep debugging and root cause analysis on system failures and field-reported issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and field engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate test case generation and optimize automation workflows.
• Document and track defects meticulously using Jira to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Fluent English communication skills required for global collaboration.
• Strong proficiency in testing methodologies including functional, regression, and E2E testing.
• Hands-on coding experience with C#, Python, or C++.
• Experience with defect management tools like Jira and version control systems like Git.

Nice to have

• Experience testing software interacting with hardware, IoT devices, or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with virtualization tools like VMware and networking concepts.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or k6.
