Salary: $38.85 - $71.83 Hourly

What you will do

• Support cinematic design through 3D storyboards, camera operation, and animation performance blends.
• Execute environment set dressing, FX work, and lighting development for real-time cinematics.
• Collaborate with directors and creative stakeholders to incorporate feedback into a cohesive final product.
• Provide creative solutions and pitch ideas verbally to the team.
• Maintain technical cleanliness and ensure all work meets high artistic targets and delivery deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with production staff and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience creating complex real-time cinematics for AAA titles.
• Strong understanding of game engine pipelines, technologies, and capabilities.
• Proficiency in cinematic design from script to final picture.
• Developed sensibilities around storytelling, editing, acting, pacing, composition, and lighting.
• Ability to provide and grow through constructive peer feedback.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Unreal Engine production experience on a AAA title.
• Deep understanding of Blizzard game styles and franchises.
• Passion for games and linear media storytelling.
