What you will do
- Define and execute the EMEA partnerships strategy, operating model, and business objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships including Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), consulting firms, and cloud providers.
- Own partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-delivered revenue outcomes across the region.
- Develop repeatable industry and functional transformation offerings built on OpenAI products.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Partner Directors and Managers across EMEA.
- Establish governance frameworks and performance management systems for the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, cloud, AI, SaaS, consulting, or ecosystem leadership.
- Proven track record of building and managing large-scale strategic alliance programs across multiple countries and markets.
- Experience owning significant partner-driven revenue outcomes.
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives, including CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
- Experience leading distributed teams across Europe with an understanding of regional market dynamics.
- Expertise in enterprise delivery models, consulting economics, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience at a hyperscaler, AI platform company, or enterprise software provider.
- Background in cybersecurity, data platforms, or developer ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling regional partner organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI adoption and transformation programs.
