What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO/GEO strategies to boost website rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct deep technical and on-page SEO audits to optimize site performance and health.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and algorithm updates to pivot strategy quickly.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Create and optimize SEO content at scale, providing clear guidelines for copywriters.
• Lead and empower the SEO team to meet commercial targets.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Google Search algorithms, ranking factors, and modern indexing principles.
• Expert-level knowledge of technical and on-page SEO.
• Confident daily use of GA4 and enterprise SEO tools for data analysis.
• Understanding of website architecture, HTML, and basic JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with structured data, meta tags, and schema markup.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation pipelines to scale SEO operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale sites (10k+ pages).
• Experience in Western EU or North American markets.
• Cross-functional tech skills in Python, ML, or UX/UI.
