What you will do

• Develop a tiered metric system using Causal AI and Causal Graphs to connect product health metrics to high-level business outcomes.
• Design and implement causal measurement strategies, focusing on Customer Serving Time (CST) reduction using RCTs and hierarchical Bayesian modeling.
• Build advanced analytical models for behavioral clickstream analysis, anomaly detection, and automated opportunity sizing.
• Co-create the Expert Experiences AI strategy, guiding the phased testing and rollout of AI-native experiences.
• Influence cross-functional VPs and Directors on critical investment areas and strategic priorities.
• Mentor junior employees and provide technical guidance to align data architecture with long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, applied Machine Learning, or advanced statistical modeling.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data analysis and pipeline development.
• Deep hands-on experience with Causal Inference methods, including Causal Graph/Causal AI techniques.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and LLM integration, including prompt optimization and fine-tuning.
• Proven track record of influencing Director and VP-level stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics).
