Senior Director of Operations (Marketing): Owning the operational engine of the Bratislava business, including processes, tools, financial controls, and strategic planning rhythms with an accent on P&L ownership and business steering. Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia (3 home office days per week). International relocation support can be agreed on if needed.

What you will do
- Own the operational backbone, including process design for client work and management of the toolstack (HubSpot, Asana, Harvest, etc.).
- Manage the local Bratislava P&L, producing financial reporting and leading annual and quarterly budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Global CEOs to steer business development and track team capacities.
- Oversee the local group OKR process and strategic planning cycles to ensure goal alignment and course-correction.
- Manage relationships with local external partners, including tax consultants, legal counsel, and landlords.
- Roll out and analyze the bi-annual Client Satisfaction Survey to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as Head of Operations, Operations Lead, or COO, ideally within professional services, consulting, or agencies.
- English: Minimum C1 level proficiency (written and oral) is required.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in P&L management and business controlling.
- Ability to design strategic frameworks, OKR cycles, and multi-quarter business views.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to operate independently in a high-stakes environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Slovak for coordinating with local partners.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, PandaDoc, Harvest, Asana, and AI productivity platforms (Claude, Langdock).
- Experience working in matrixed international organizational structures.
- Background combining financial controlling with cross-functional operations.
