What you will do

• Negotiate commercial terms for MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and Order Forms.
• Partner with Legal, Security, and TPRM teams to ensure contracts meet risk standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal business owners, helping them navigate procurement processes.
• Drive efficiency in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and ensure accurate PO creation in Workday.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage renewals proactively.
• Analyze spend data to identify consolidation opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in Global Procurement.
• Understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle, specifically for Software and SaaS categories.
• Hands-on experience with Zip and Workday.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence US-based leadership.
• Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent requests in a hyper-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business.
• Experience in the Tech/Cloud industry.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Ironclad.
