What you will do

• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor and technical champion to drive product adoption and vision with stakeholders.
• Develop customer-facing collateral and conduct workshops to scale technical knowledge.
• Translate field-derived insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
• Serve as the tier-3 escalation point for the most complex technical challenges in mission-critical environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) expertise across engineering, product development, and pre-sales.
• 6+ years in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles influencing technical executives.
• Proficiency in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience architecting solutions integrating transactional data systems within Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
