What you will do

• Build maintainable features and resolve complex end-to-end technical issues.
• Contribute to the strategy and management of technical debt to ensure system resilience.
• Define and support test strategies prioritizing security, usability, and accessibility.
• Review code with a focus on performance, maintainability, and non-functional requirements.
• Coach and mentor engineers to foster collaboration and skill development.
• Research emerging technologies to improve existing solutions and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java 17+/Kotlin and Spring or Node.js microservices.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including Angular or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of clean code, clean architecture, and layered backend design.
• Solid knowledge of database composition, SQL, and distributed cloud security best practices.
• Proven experience with test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines in Agile environments.
• Excellent English communication skills required for team collaboration and technical facilitation.
