What you will do

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using defined tools.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, performing thorough regression testing upon resolution.
• Monitor quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and test execution progress.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers within an Agile governance framework.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Must be able to work in a professional office environment in Mauritius.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Desirable).

Nice to have

• SFMC Email Specialist certification.
• Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
