What you will do

• Coach and lead a team of four data scientists focusing on B2B Sales and Customer Success.
• Define priorities and roadmaps in partnership with Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps leaders.
• Lead analytical strategies for pipeline generation, account health scoring, and sales forecasting.
• Develop productionised models, semantic layers, and durable data products.
• Integrate AI to automate action on signals like churn risk and deal hygiene.
• Present complex analyses to senior stakeholders during QBRs and forecast reviews.

Requirements

• Multiple years of data science or analytics experience in B2B SaaS, growth, or GTM context.
• Experience in coaching or formally leading other data scientists.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), data modeling (dbt), and BI tools (Mode, Looker).
• Proven track record of shipping data products like forecasting or opportunity scoring models.
• Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into business decisions for senior commercial leaders.
• Must be based in the US (specifically Austin, TX for US operations).
