TL;DR

Product Owner (UX) (Fintech): Supporting senior Product Owners with product strategy, roadmaps, and feature planning with an accent on data analysis, user feedback, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on delivering initiatives from concept to launch and iterating features based on user testing results.

Location: Hybrid (must attend a Revolut office at least 3 days per week). Open to international applicants ready to relocate to tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK.

Salary: PLN 9,200 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow); other locations discussed during interview.

What you will do

• Support senior Product Owners in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and feature planning.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and market insights to drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Operations to deliver initiatives from concept to launch.
• Create detailed product requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on features based on results.
• Track progress and present outcomes to global teams.

Requirements

• Penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., CS, Maths, Physics, Business, Economics), graduating in 2028.
• Predicted or achieved first-class degree or equivalent grade.
• Full-time availability for summer 2027.
• Ability to attend a Revolut office at least 3 days per week.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in other languages.
• Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup.
