What you will do

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies across multiple business units.
  • Lead paid performance marketing focusing on CAC, activation, and payback efficiency.
  • Optimize organic growth via SEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery channels.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to drive growth in priority international markets.
  • Build event-driven pipelines as a measurable acquisition and lead generation channel.
  • Implement AI tools within marketing workflows, analytics, and research operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in crypto, fintech, payments, or Web3 environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid acquisition and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback).
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and performance partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work directly with data dashboards.
  • Strong English communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2C high-volume user acquisition.
  • Track record of scaling growth in LATAM, APAC, Europe, CIS, or MENA.
  • Knowledge of event-driven pipelines and field marketing ROI.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools for marketing analytics and content.
