What you will do
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies across multiple business units.
- Lead paid performance marketing focusing on CAC, activation, and payback efficiency.
- Optimize organic growth via SEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery channels.
- Coordinate with regional teams to drive growth in priority international markets.
- Build event-driven pipelines as a measurable acquisition and lead generation channel.
- Implement AI tools within marketing workflows, analytics, and research operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience in crypto, fintech, payments, or Web3 environments.
- Hands-on expertise in paid acquisition and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback).
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and performance partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work directly with data dashboards.
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with B2C high-volume user acquisition.
- Track record of scaling growth in LATAM, APAC, Europe, CIS, or MENA.
- Knowledge of event-driven pipelines and field marketing ROI.
- Experience utilizing AI tools for marketing analytics and content.
