What you will do
- Lead programs to advance and accelerate AI software performance on custom high-performance hardware.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning AI model integration and performance optimization across the software stack.
- Partner with engineering leads, product teams, and leadership to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Translate customer and model requirements into actionable technical plans and product priorities.
- Manage software lifecycles across multi-repo, multi-platform, and multi-team environments.
- Communicate complex technical concepts into clear updates for executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Technical fluency in program management within fast-moving environments.
- Experience with AI model development and understanding its impact on engineering priorities.
- Ability to align multiple engineering teams and balance short-term deliverables with long-term roadmaps.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, influence teams, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance) is mandatory.
