What you will do

• Coordinate and manage legal documentation, signatures, approvals, and filing processes.
• Maintain and organize corporate records, governance documents, and internal databases.
• Support entity management and corporate housekeeping across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare board materials, resolutions, powers of attorney, and governance documentation.
• Manage contract administration and track agreements, renewals, and obligations.
• Improve legal processes and operational efficiency using AI tools and legal tech solutions.

Requirements

• Education in law, paralegal studies, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal operations role.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset toward using technology and automation to improve workflows.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
