What you will do

• Drive complex SoC programs from architecture definition through execution, tapeout, and deployment.
• Lead the end-to-end chip development process from SoC definition through RTL, verification, and physical implementation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across design, verification, and physical design teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors and program stakeholders to execute chip development successfully.
• Lead and coordinate large-scale chip programs across globally distributed engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (compliance with EAR).
• Proven experience leading at least one chip program from definition to tapeout in a technical leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SoC development flows.
• Hands-on expertise in architecture, RTL development, or verification.
• Remote location must be within North America.
