What you will do

• Support and scale the internal IT environment across identity, endpoints, and SaaS platforms.
• Administer IAM platforms (Okta) and automate user lifecycle management.
• Manage macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms like Jamf and Intune.
• Optimize ITSM workflows and asset tracking within Freshservice.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell and utilize Terraform for infrastructure.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT support or operations, ideally in cloud-native or high-growth environments.
• Proven expertise with Okta, Jamf, Intune, and Freshservice.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection (EDR).
• Must be a U.S. person or eligible for U.S. Government export control authorization.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Kubernetes-based or containerized environments.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs.
• Knowledge of physical office network topology and hardware.
