What you will do

• Lead and mentor videographers and producers to ensure creative and technical excellence.
• Direct high-impact video projects, including commercials, social content, and festive campaigns.
• Act as DOP, handling camera operation, lighting, framing, and overall cinematography.
• Translate ideas into shot lists, storyboards, and detailed production plans.
• Oversee post-production standards for color grading, sound, pacing, and visual clarity.
• Experiment with new cinematic techniques and storytelling formats to raise the creative bar.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in video production with a diverse showreel (commercial, social, cinematic).
• Strong leadership experience guiding production teams.
• Expertise as a director, cinematographer, and visual storyteller.
• Deep technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and on-set workflows.
• Solid understanding of post-production processes, including editing and color grading.
• Must be able to work on-site in Malaysia.
