TL;DR

Client Success Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the onboarding, retention, and growth of existing SaaS platform clients with an accent on building long-term relationships and ensuring measurable platform value. Focus on conducting business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and translating client feedback into actionable product insights.

Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX

What you will do

  • Lead client onboarding meetings and configure SaaS platform accounts.
  • Train new clients on platform functionality and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for support requests and relationship management.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and strategic alignment.
  • Track license renewals and proactively manage retention efforts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and advocate for client priorities internally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience in client success, account management, or customer support for SaaS applications.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Background in healthcare.
  • Experience with physician compensation models.
