What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle management of multi-channel retention campaigns including Email, SMS, Push, and In-App messaging.
  • Design and implement automated customer journeys for core segments like pre-renewal, cross-sell, and win-back programs.
  • Conduct rigorous experimentation across campaign components to maximize conversion and renewal rates.
  • Develop cross-sell strategies and manage loyalty reward partner relationships.
  • Manage the financial balance between loyalty costs and incremental value generated by retained customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Digital Campaign Management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics for interpreting campaign data.
  • Practical experience building and managing complex journeys within modern CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems, including Push Notifications and In-App Messaging.
  • Familiarity with the AARRR growth framework and strategic retention channels.
  • Must be based in Malaysia and able to work in a hybrid setup.
