What you will do

• Support the development and execution of the Taiwan market entry strategy, including business planning and growth initiatives.
• Manage the regulatory and licensing process to ensure full compliance with local insurance market standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, underwriting partners, and key ecosystem players.
• Negotiate commercial partnerships, product distribution agreements, and integration arrangements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive go-to-market execution and platform development.
• Establish effective operating processes and reporting structures to monitor growth and performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record in managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
• Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape is a plus.
