What you will do

• Lead the definition of customization and personalization for voice dictation style and outputs.
• Define a spectrum of user preferences, from casual and GenZ styles to polished academic writing.
• Coordinate and manage a team of external experts to annotate large datasets.
• Analyze data to determine and categorize variations in linguistic style.
• Collaborate closely with ML scientists to integrate linguistic insights into the product.

Requirements

• PhD in Linguistics.
• Experience mentoring and managing expert labelers.
• Multilingual proficiency.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn LLM development.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco.
