What you will do
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads budgets and campaign performance.
- Own the marketing automation stack in HubSpot, including lead scoring and nurture flows.
- Build and maintain an experimentation engine using tools like Clay, Trigify, and n8n.
- Analyze campaign data to scale high-performing variants and document learnings.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to the pipeline.
- Implement lifecycle tracking and reporting to measure marketing impact.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
- Proven ability to manage complex B2B buying journeys and long sales cycles.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in formulating and executing data-driven experiments.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Experience with intent data tools like Clay, Trigify, 6sense, or Bombora.
- Proficiency in automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Previous experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
- Affinity with the cleantech, energy, or sustainability sectors.
