What you will do

• Lead reporting operations for investment trusts, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to stakeholders.
• Interpret complex reporting requirements from business discussions and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Analyze data sources and calculation logic to propose and implement process improvements.
• Utilize internal automation tools to build efficient, scalable reporting systems.
• Maintain governance and transparency for all fund reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Sales teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund reporting operations at an asset management company.
• Native Japanese proficiency required.
• Basic English proficiency required.
• Advanced knowledge of financial products, terms, and portfolio analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of TSTAR system.
