What you will do
- Lead reporting operations for investment trusts, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to stakeholders.
- Interpret complex reporting requirements from business discussions and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Analyze data sources and calculation logic to propose and implement process improvements.
- Utilize internal automation tools to build efficient, scalable reporting systems.
- Maintain governance and transparency for all fund reporting deliverables.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Sales teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fund reporting operations at an asset management company.
- Native Japanese proficiency required.
- Basic English proficiency required.
- Advanced knowledge of financial products, terms, and portfolio analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of TSTAR system.
Nice to have
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with low-code platforms, BI tools, or AI applications.
