What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs and ML technologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and deploy NLP solutions, including AI assistants and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
• Define team goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with overall company objectives.
• Deliver measurable results for complex products within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• Experience developing and launching AI products or features from the ground up.
• Professional background in data science or machine learning roles.
• Proven track record of owning ML projects from initial design through implementation and iteration.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or other relevant languages.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Strong foundation in mathematical and statistical knowledge.
