Salary: $143,000 – $179,000 USD

What you will do
- Configure conversational intelligence workflows to reinforce defined sales methodologies.
- Design standard processes for Sales, Pre-Sales, and XDR teams to utilize insights at key milestones.
- Partner with Analytics & Operations to turn conversational data into actionable business intelligence.
- Develop processes for using conversational data to audit CRM accuracy and pipeline health.
- Serve as a key business stakeholder for Business Technology (BT) to drive technical execution and system administration.
- Audit the effectiveness of the conversational intelligence platform to meet evolving field needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Process Design.
- Proven ability to build and scale sales workflows integrated with technical infrastructure.
- High-level familiarity with the conversational intelligence landscape (e.g., Gong) and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and ability to translate them into operational steps.
- Expert-level ability to represent field and operations needs to technical teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
