What you will do

• Develop customer engagement strategies for Startup & Digital Native customers in the Nordics region.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects on use case prioritization and technical leadership.
• Influence stakeholders and C-level executives through complex technical engagements and solution strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and the adoption of the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
• Contribute to the technical community by leading workshops, seminars, and developing customer-facing collateral.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and GenAI with an AI-Builder mindset.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
• Foundational knowledge of Apache Spark and distributed computing technologies.
• Hands-on experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data platforms.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales and influencing decision-makers.
• Location: Must be based in Stockholm or within a commutable distance for a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience working within or with Startups and Digital Native organizations.
• Databricks Certifications.
