Sales Representative (Public Sector): Develop strategic relationships and close new business opportunities within Public Sector organizations on the state level with an accent on understanding their existing and future IT roadmap. Focus on driving the Snowflake solution within their organization and challenging the customers status-quo around their current operations.
Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $140,000 – $183,750

What you will do
- Develop strategic relationships and identify new business opportunities within Public Sector organizations.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers at the most senior levels, driving thought leadership.
- Challenge the customers status-quo around their current operations.
- Propose solutions that enable and align to the customers‘ digital transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with marketing and partner organizations to drive revenue growth.
- Manage complex sales processes using a solution-based approach.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full cycle sales experience, with emphasis on cloud, databases, business intelligence software, data warehousing, and SaaS.
- Proven ability to independently develop, manage, and close new client relationships at CxO level in Public Sector organizations.
- Extensive network with key decision makers in the Public Sector and key partners.
- Deep knowledge in how Public Sector organizations scout, select, procure, and implement innovative technology solutions.
- Proven track record of building and expanding substantial business with Public Sector clients ($3m+ ARR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
