What you will do

• Lead enhancement and alignment of IT governance structures, providing strategy, process design, and regulatory guidance.
• Oversee evaluations for improvements, streamline operations, and integrate change management.
• Deliver compliance and records management solutions, facilitate decision forums, and conduct training.
• Refine IT Governance Board strategy, update CR processes, and redesign Architecture Review Board with automation.
• Identify AI use cases, develop AI packages, and establish compliance procedures.
• Track regulations, manage MOUs, and coordinate architecture and project activities.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or H1B visa; must pass public trust investigation.
• Bachelor's in IT-related field + 10 years professional IT experience.
• 10+ years in data governance, data analysis, data management in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in data governance theories, principles, practices, including cataloging, glossary, lineage, stewardship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
