What you will do

• Monitor brand mentions across Reddit, Quora, and other regional community platforms.
• Implement reputation management protocols to foster neutral and positive discussions.
• Respond to negative reviews professionally to de-escalate conflicts and convert detractors.
• Develop and execute ORM strategies specifically for LATAM markets.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to resolve recurring complaints.
• Track and report on brand sentiment trends and reputation KPIs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ORM, community management, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the culture and dynamics of Reddit, Quora, and LATAM review ecosystems.
• Proficiency with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Mention, or YouScan.
• Excellent written communication skills in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in an async-friendly environment.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating data into actionable insights.
