• Lead performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures.
• Contribute to the development of global HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in regulated financial services or fintech within a hyper-growth environment.
• Based in Mexico City.
• Extensive knowledge of local Mexican labor laws.
• Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong analytical thinking and project management skills.
