Salary: $133,600 — $183,700 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

• Develop M&A and investment strategies: identify opportunities, conduct evaluations, and track market trends.
• Support end-to-end transactions: lead due diligence, author executive materials, and plan post-close integration.
• Build Corporate Development function: foster relationships with stakeholders, originate deals, and implement processes and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM fields a plus.
• 4+ years in product management, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or venture capital; enterprise software or data infrastructure exposure a plus.
• Strong communication, writing, qualitative/quantitative analytical skills, judgment, ownership, and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to drive deal processes autonomously as deal lead.
