What you will do

  • Build and launch end-to-end learning programs in partnership with Learning & Enablement, Operations, Regional Business, and GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Field Engineering).
  • Design and scale innovative programs within Databricks Free Edition to drive learner growth and user adoption globally.
  • Define learning initiatives for technical audiences like app developers and database admins, collaborating with Product, Content Development, and Regional Program Managers.
  • Track program performance with data-driven reporting and actionable insights to ensure accountability.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical program management and stakeholder management in enterprise technology
  • Experience designing and launching programs or pilots from zero to one, navigating ambiguity independently
  • Experience in Big Data, AI, data science, or equivalent enterprise technologies (preferred)
  • Strong storytelling with data to motivate stakeholders, plus scalable process creation for cross-functional adoption
  • Experience with product and GTM teams (professional services, customer success, marketing, sales)
  • Strong understanding of enablement programs, training methodologies, communications, and presentation skills
