What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, sales, and operational roles across the business.
  • Partner with hiring managers from kick-off through offer as a talent advisor.
  • Build proactive candidate pipelines using outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative channels.
  • Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and CRM automation to boost efficiency.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates to drive improvements.
  • Contribute to team projects including onboarding, DEI initiatives, employer branding, and HRIS optimization.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or tech-focused agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across functions.
  • Strong communication skills across all seniority levels.
  • Comfortable using ATS like Rippling.
  • Experience with structured interviewing and competency-based evaluation.
  • Flexibility across time zones for global teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
  • Hands-on use of AI-assisted sourcing or screening tools.
  • Exposure to compensation benchmarking or job architecture.
  • Experience with HR or People Ops projects beyond recruiting.
  • Familiarity with global or multi-region hiring.
