What you will do

• Manage demand forecasting by capturing project-level customer requirements and monitoring production plans.
• Oversee staffing and resource planning, including monitoring FTE budgets and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
• Coordinate the opportunity ingest workflow to ensure accurate logging and consistent scoping of revenue-generating opportunities.
• Design and maintain scalable planning tools, account dashboards, and process documentation (SOPs).
• Act as the operational demand lead in core account meetings with finance, GTM, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program management, operational rigor, and analytics literacy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate across different internal operation pillars.
• Ability to translate complex demand signals into reliable production plans.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
