What you will do

• Lead large cross-team security initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Break down complex security programs into phases, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Coordinate execution across multiple engineering and platform teams, ensuring alignment.
• Translate product requirements into clear, actionable workstreams for engineering teams.
• Build project plans, documentation, run syncs, track progress, identify and mitigate blockers.
• Own timeline tracking, delivery forecasting, risk highlighting, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with Product Managers and improve delivery transparency.

Requirements

• Strong technical awareness in security and Cloud environments: cloud/infrastructure security principles, Kubernetes/container security, IAM, cloud networking (VPC, Security Groups), security tooling.
• Experience driving execution in complex, multi-team technical environments.
• Strong project decomposition and execution management skills.
• Ability to coordinate structured cross-functional processes across engineering and product teams.
• Strong communication: concise status reporting, risk communication, stakeholder alignment.
• Experience working with product managers and engineering managers in platform/infrastructure environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud platforms, distributed systems, or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Experience at a Cloud Service Provider.
• Familiarity with advanced security: confidential computing, federated computing.
• Background in high-scale infrastructure or platform organizations.
