What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a globally distributed software engineering team.
• Drive the transition to an Empowered Teams organizational model and promote modern engineering practices.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, maintainability, testing, and overall product stability.
• Utilize data, telemetry, and customer feedback to guide product strategies and prioritize engineering investments.
• Partner with Product Management, UX, and Quality Engineering to align on delivery goals.
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing engineering talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience in software development.
• 2+ years of proven experience managing globally distributed software teams.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership skills.
• Coaching-oriented mindset with a passion for team and individual development.
