Conveyance Practice Leader and Sr. Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead major projects or programs from planning through construction, presenting updates to clients and managing schedule, budget, and large teams.
• Provide technical solutions for water supply intakes, pump stations, pipelines, tunnels, lift stations, force mains, and collections systems including condition assessment.
• Recommend improvements to client processes, organization, and project delivery methods; support risk-based capital improvement programs.
• Deliver project execution, quality control, and innovative solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Lead marketing, business development, pursuits, proposals, and client relationship building in Tulsa.
• Mentor professionals and grow the team through recruitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of relevant water engineering experience in infrastructure planning, asset management, CIP optimization, design, and construction (preferred).
• Experience managing large water and wastewater programs and projects (preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma (preferred).
• Knowledge of local, federal, and state permitting and funding (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in report writing and presentations; able to travel to sites.
