What you will do

• Perform technical activities based on standard assembly procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure milestone progress is met and drive progress across shifts.
• Lead own cabin team and represent the team for technical matters.
• Keep up with developments in own field of expertise and acquire relevant information.
• Contribute to the introduction and integration of new products and processes.
• Identify possibilities for process optimization and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education with substantial experience or Bachelor degree with limited experience.
• Hands-on experience preferably with mechanical and/or electrical parts using precision tools.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations.
