What you will do

• Develop and deploy applied Generative AI capabilities for the hirify.global Evo geoscience data platform.
• Translate innovative AI prototypes into scalable, operational production features on cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain robust evaluation systems to iteratively improve prompts, context strategies, and agent workflows.
• Collaborate with global teams to build sustainable AI solutions for real-world geoscience workflows.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in AI/ML design, ensuring data security and ethical processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps.
• 1+ years of experience building and operating production-level Generative AI products.
• Commercial experience with Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Terraform.
• Proven experience designing evaluation and observability systems (logging, tracing, metrics).
• Must be based in or able to work from Calgary, Canada.
