What you will do

• Lead one or more project workstreams, creating an environment of trust for autonomous teams to collaborate effectively
• Create and maintain release plans, accountable for iteration planning, tracking, reporting, scope, prioritization, estimates, risks, and financials
• Propose and deliver delivery roadmaps supporting client business strategies, proactively managing risks and communicating with integrity
• Orchestrate design and build of critical complex multi-tier business applications using latest technologies
• Set up sustainable project processes aligned with agile best practices
• Navigate organizational structures and politics to drive outcomes and foster client relationships

Requirements

• Ample experience managing enterprise projects with end-to-end delivery responsibility
• Comfortable with release planning, estimation, capacity planning, proposal building, contract negotiation, and project financials
• Understanding of software development approaches (traditional, agile) and ability to consult clients on best fits
• Experience working with distributed or co-located teams
• Resilient in ambiguous situations, skilled at managing risks and adapting approaches
• Proven leader as coach and mentor, encouraging professional development and accountability
