What you will do

• Manage on-premises and co-located disaster recovery data centers to ensure operational stability and high availability.
• Lead and mentor a small infrastructure team, setting priorities and acting as the primary escalation point for outages.
• Design and manage VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server cluster environments, including server lifecycle management.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery processes using Commvault to meet business recovery objectives.
• Administer SCOM for systems monitoring and SCCM for patch management and configuration.
• Coordinate application deployments and hosting across on-premises and Azure hybrid environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or data center operations.
• Proven experience managing enterprise data centers and disaster recovery failover processes.
• Strong hands-on expertise with VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server clustering.
• Experience leading or supervising technical staff.
• Must have US Work Authorization (no visa sponsorship now or in the future).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hybrid environments combining on-premises and Azure.
• Experience managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Proficiency with Commvault, SCOM, and SCCM tools.
• Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Infrastructure, or Security.
