Lead IT Strategy Execution & Governance (IT Governance): Translating IT strategy into measurable outcomes through governance, portfolio oversight, and process excellence with an accent on the planning rhythm and performance management. Focus on driving accountability, managing the IT Board, and optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO).

What you will do
- Translate IT strategy into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and annual execution plans.
- Design and facilitate governance forums, including roadmap and project portfolio reviews.
- Manage the IT Board to structure decisions on investments, changes, and decommissioning.
- Standardize core IT ways of working, demand management, and portfolio processes to improve predictability.
- Collaborate with Security, Risk, and Compliance to embed regulatory controls into delivery and operations.
- Maintain portfolio transparency regarding cost, capacity, benefits, and dependencies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, strategy execution, or portfolio management.
- Strong expertise in IT governance, performance management, and operating models.
- Proven experience with portfolio lifecycle management and risk oversight.
- Ability to translate compliance and data privacy requirements into practical controls.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global product company or a highly regulated enterprise IT landscape.
- Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, Lean/Agile governance, or OKR-based execution.
- Experience implementing standardized reporting and portfolio tools at scale.
- Proficiency in Swedish.
