What you will do

• Inspire and support artisan customers through technical demonstrations, trainings, workshops, events, and troubleshooting daily production challenges.
• Develop innovative patisserie finished goods and concepts by tracking trends, creating recipes, and tailoring solutions for customer visits.
• Promote hirify.global focus products, strengthen partnerships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to marketing activities.
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing on new product development, perform tests, participate in launches, and prepare presentation materials.
• Maintain Innovation Center, manage CRM reporting, and build networks with schools, equipment manufacturers, and patisserie associations.

Requirements

• Experience in fine patisserie or similar artisan environment
• Strong technical understanding of ingredients, processes, and patisserie equipment
• Fluent Croatian and English
• Willingness to travel across Croatia
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel; CRM is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire customers
• Creative, curious, independent, proactive, and strong team player
