What you will do
- Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals of potential policy violations.
- Conduct objective, fair, thorough, evidence-based investigations and resolve reported issues.
- Respond to user inquiries, complaints, feedback, and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to track and resolve bugs and technical issues.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine policies.
- Stay current on events and assist with content policy research and analysis.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Thai, Indonesian, or Traditional Chinese.
- 1–2 years of experience in trust and safety or community management, with must-have UGC moderation experience.
- Strong technology proficiency, including experience with Zendesk or similar helpdesk tools, plus Airtable, SharePoint, and MS Office.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex cases.
- Interest in content policy, compliance, and/or internet governance.
- Experience working with multicultural companies.
