What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployments of frontier models from initial prototype to stable production.
• Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value and facilitate product learning.
• Embed with customer engineering teams to guide adoption and understand specific needs.
• Manage technical scoping, delivery sequencing, and early removal of blockers.
• Codify working patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, or building blocks.
• Provide field feedback to Research and Product teams to improve model capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work.
• Proven track record of delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
• Ability to write and review production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or similar stacks.
• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Sydney or be able to relocate to Australia.
