What you will do

• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for ISVs, managing phone number porting to Twilio.
• Provide support for customer inquiries via email, ensuring an excellent experience.
• Assess and resolve basic-to-intermediate level product or service issues.
• Learn and develop new processes across various subject areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to and action incoming carrier partner notifications.
• Troubleshoot and determine resolutions for issues across multiple areas within the team's domain.

Requirements

• Thorough, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple processes.
• Empathetic and customer-centric.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
