What you will do

• Audit and document all core operational processes in Notion to create a centralized Operations Wiki.
• Improve new-hire onboarding efficiency by 25% using structured checklists and AI-enhanced documentation.
• Manage weekly operational reporting to track team capacity, time-off coverage, and project blockers.
• Establish and maintain a company-wide calendar system for key events and recurring syncs.
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline internal communications and operational infrastructure.

Requirements

• Active daily use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI for process design and data organization.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on building systems and actionable documentation.
• Proficiency in Notion for creating wikis, databases, and operational dashboards.
• Excellent written English proficiency (B2+ required).
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams with high attention to detail.
• Experience in operations, project coordination, or executive assistance in a tech environment is a plus.
