What you will do

• Lead GBS strategy and transformation programs across functions, aligning business objectives with execution roadmaps.
• Design future‑state operating models and service governance frameworks to enable scalable, high‑performing shared services.
• Drive performance improvement, value realization, and adoption through disciplined delivery and change leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate implementation partners to deliver complex, multi‑workstream initiatives.
• Shape proposals, support business development efforts, and mentor teams to elevate delivery capability and practice growth.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years transformation leadership with client-facing ownership
• Deep familiarity with shared services/GBS operating models and governance
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation
• Commercial mindset with shaping and growth experience
• Ability to operate in complex, global environments
• You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation.
