What you will do

• Drive local technology architecture and implement the overall IT and data strategy.
• Manage customer migrations and oversee the transformation of IT setups.
• Lead IT governance, managing frameworks and reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate transformation programs, operational model setups, and internal processes.
• Develop a global, reliable, and scalable tech ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in Peru and familiar with local regulatory and security requirements (cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk).
• 7+ years of experience in IT architecture within the finance industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
